A glimpse into your daily responsibilities:

Taking guest orders and serving as our resident coffee expert by providing menu recommendations.

Crafting and serving a diverse range of beverages, including hot, cold, artisan, and specialty coffees.

Handling guest payments efficiently and accurately.

Ensuring our supplies are well-stocked through ordering, receiving, and distributing essential inventory.

Upholding impeccable cleanliness standards throughout all work areas and equipment.

Proficiency with coffee brewing equipment through hands-on experience.

Knowledge of various recipes for hot and cold beverages, along with expertise in espresso production.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including cleaning equipment and utensils
- Follow health and safety guidelines for food handling and preparation
- Assist with food preparation, such as making sandwiches or pastries
- Stock and replenish breakfast inventory as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations

Experience:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Knowledge of food service or the food industry is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent customer service

Monday-Friday 5:45am to 10am

Saturday-Sunday 630am to 11am
