Duties

- Supervise front desk staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain effective guest relations by addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct night audits to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall guest experience and operational efficiency.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
- Monitor industry trends to remain competitive in the hospitality market.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of revenue management principles and practices.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
