Duties
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk management, guest services, and housekeeping.
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure financial success and profitability.
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.
- Handle guest relations effectively, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations as well as hotel policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain quality standards.
- Manage night audit processes and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with department heads to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Implement marketing strategies to promote the hotel and attract new guests.
Experience
- Proven experience in a hotel management role or similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial management, and revenue optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest services.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a diverse team.
