What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server - Noggin Room Pub position at Hotel Investment Services?
Our servers are vital to ensuring that our guests receive a positive, memorable dining experience at our Pub. From the moment they take their seats, to their goodbyes as they leave, excellent service is the key!
Responsibilities:

Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and interacting with guests

Assist guests orders by making recommendations, demonstrating a high level of food and beverage knowledge

Accurately enter food and beverage orders into the POS ordering system

Communicate any food allergy or special nutrition needs to kitchen staff

Provide attentive and friendly service to ensure an exceptional dining experience

Promptly address any customer service issues, referring to management if and when necessary

Perform side work, such as polishing tableware, restocking items, and tidying the service station and the dining area
Required Skills and Abilities:

Must be at least 18 years old

Must be able to lift and carry trays up to 30lbs.

Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time

Must have basic computer skills and the ability to learn the POS system quickly
Experience:
-
2 years restaurant serving experience required

Willing to train the right person
Job Types: (Seasonal) Full-time and Part-time
Wage: $10.56 per hour plus tips
