The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for the coordination of daily front of house activities at Hotel Jackson.
Essential Functions
- Ensures that every guest experience meets or exceeds expectations while maintaining Hotel Jackson's core identity and values.
- Supervises all front desk, concierge, and bell staff personnel in accordance with Hotel Jackson's approved policies and procedures.
- Trains all front of house staff to Forbes standards. Responsible for implementation of any new standards.
- Exempt position. Days and hours of work are variable. As a small, family-owned business, exempt employees are expected to perform tasks outside of their normal purview. AAP/EEO Statement
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4 years of Hotel Front Office experience.
- 2 years of progressive management experience.
- 1 years of Luxury or boutique hotel experience.
- Detail oriented and enjoy working with the public;
- Outstanding customer service skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a can-do positive attitude.
