The Overnight/Evening Manager is a true night owl who will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by providing overnight managerial support for Front Desk, Guest Services and other departments, during overnight.

Job Description
The Overnight/Evening Manager is a true night owl who will be responsible for serving the needs of the business, our guests, and our colleagues by providing overnight managerial support for Front Desk, Guest Services and other departments, during overnight.
- Oversees overnight operations, ensuring the quality, standards and meeting the expectations of the guests on a nightly basis.
- Supports all areas of the Front Office during the overnight shift including the Security team
- Analyzes information and evaluates results to choose the best solution and solve problems.
- Review arrivals in advance daily to be familiar with VIP guests, special requirements and potential problems.
- Informs and/or updates all key team members on relevant information in a timely manner.
- Performs all duties at the Front Desk as necessary and ensures the overnight shift sets up the AM shift for success.
- Understands the functions of the Bell Staff, Call Center and Concierge/Guest Services operations.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a supervisor
- Previous Front Office, Night Audit, or Accounting Experience Required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays for the overnight shift, according to department needs.
