What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hotel Housekeeping-2nd shift (3pm-11pm) position at HOTEL LEX?
Out Hotel is seeking dynamic, dedicated 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) housekeeper with attention to detail in our luxurious Hotel. This position requires evening and weekend availability.
Housekeeping Responsibilities
- Clean and arrange hotel rooms in accordance with our hotel’s standards prior to guest arrival
- Maintain common spaces including the hotel lobby, corridors, and public restrooms
- Vacuum, mop, make beds (remove ALL bedding including mattress covers, duvets, pillow sleeves, etc. and replace with fresh bedding), dust and polish furniture, and stock rooms with new toiletry items
- Communicate in writing to management on what rooms were cleaned, report lost and found items and any damage or repairs needed to guest rooms
- Able to be flexible and help in other areas of the hotel as needed.
Housekeeper Qualifications
- High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a professional housekeeper preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
- Impeccable work ethic and excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Must be dependable with impeccable attendance. STRICT ATTENDANCE POLICY enforced.

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
