We take cleanliness and customer care very seriously and it is our goal to create a clean and orderly environment for our guests that will maintain and strengthen our reputation. The primary function of this position is to assure the overall success of the hotel by meeting or exceeding the guest expectation for product cleanliness, customer service and overall care. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in all aspects of Front Desk Operations and be a skilled communicator able to respond quickly to any guest issues.
Responsibilities include:
- Collect money from guests staying at the hotel.
- Be responsible for proper communication with guests.
- Responsible for proper cleanliness of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Handle cashier job duties and manage the administration department.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
- Comply with Company Standards of Service.
- Project a favorable image to the public at all times.
- Treat guests, vendors, customers and co-workers with professionalism and respect at all times.
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance at all times. A complete uniform (or business dress for non-uniformed associates) must be worn at all times in public areas, including name tag.
- Develop and maintain productive interpersonal relationships and the ability to relate well with a wide variety of individuals, many of whom will require patience and tolerance.
- Know and follow established cleaning procedures to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
- Knows and actively practices the hotels' emergency plan

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour
