Summary:
Provides prompt and courteous food and beverage service to restaurant guests while maximizing
sales and guest satisfaction
Duties/Tasks:
? Enter work place at scheduled time in uniform, ready to begin work. Properly clock in.
? Greet all guests and take beverage and food orders in a prompt and professional manner.
? Present food and beverages according to established health and presentation standards.
? Upsells established menu items or specials to maximize food and beverage revenues
? Clear and clean tables in a prompt and efficient manner.
? Ensure a clean, safe and orderly work area.
? Perform side work, and other opening or closing duties as required.
? Receive guest payments and process transactions as outlined in the cash and charge
procedures.
? Continued effort to function responsibly in a team-oriented atmosphere.
? Be familiar with other aspects of the hotel and grounds to provide information and guest
assistance.
? Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
