Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assigns workers their duties and inspects work for conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness
- Investigates complaints regarding set up service and equipment, and takes corrective action
- Obtains list of rooms to be set up and list of rooms needing refresh to prepare work assignments
- Makes recommendations to improve service and ensure more efficient operation
- Performs cleaning duties
- Examines building to determine need for repairs or replacement of furniture or equipment and makes recommendations to management.
- Issues supplies and equipment to workers
- Other duties as assigned

Position Status and Availability

Experience and Education Requirements
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience
At least 1-year previous experience as a Banquet Houseman Supervisor in a luxury hotel
