Housekeeper

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our Hotel, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional service in the hospitality industry.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to meet established standards of cleanliness.
• Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces as needed.
• Manage laundry services by washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens and towels.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing custodial tasks.
• Assist with industrial cleaning tasks as required for special events or deep cleaning initiatives.
• Collaborate with housekeeping management to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.
• A positive attitude and commitment to providing outstanding hospitality service.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
