Summary:
The Bar Back is responsible for setting up the prep station, stocking inventory, and maintaining sanitation standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Servicing bar areas to ensure ready access to supplies, including spirits, garnishes, mixes and cleaning equipment
- Providing quick, friendly service to guests and team members in a speedy, efficient, friendly and professional manner
- Demonstrated knowledge of federal, state and local laws, ordinances and regulations, and hotel policy regarding alcohol service
- Ability to obtain a liquor license and food handler permit within the first thirty (30) days of hire
- Sort, wash, and return dishes and utensils to food operations areas throughout the hotel
- Maintain a clean and efficient workstation
- Expedite clean dishes and utensils to areas as needed
- Remove trash during and at the end of the shift
