Overview
As the ARLO General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our upscale dining outlet. You will manage the front-of-house team, coordinate with culinary staff, and curate an unforgettable guest experience. Responsibilities
- Guest Experience
Oversee and enhance the guest experience to ensure an exceptional and seamless service.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of fine dining servers, hosts, and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including reservations, floor management, and service standards.
Develop and manage the restaurant’s budget, ensuring financial goals are met.
Coordinate closely with the culinary team to ensure menu offerings and specials align with guest preferences.
