What You’ll Do:
As our Junior Project Estimator, you’ll be on the front lines of pre-construction, driving the cost, scope, and planning that win projects and fuel company growth. Your day-to-day impact will include:
- Building winning estimates up to $1 M in scope that are detailed, precise and set the team up for success
- Collaborating with subcontractors and vendors to maximize value and keep estimates competitive
- Identifying potential risks and solutions before anyone else sees them
- Developing clear scopes of work, project schedules, and critical phasing plans
- Managing change orders, final budgets, and overseeing seamless project closeouts
- Owning communication with stakeholders—clients, subcontractors, and teammates—ensuring everyone’s aligned and accountable
- 1-3 years of experience in hotel-specific renovations, tenant improvement, or pre-construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and familiarity with estimating software
- A competitive spirit, relentless drive, and ability to excel under pressure
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and a mindset focused on results and ownership
