Responsibilities- Warmly greet and welcome guests with a smile as they check in and check out
- Efficiently manage reservations, process payments, and respond to inquiries
- Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and recommendations
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues with a positive attitude
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with administrative tasks and any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, positive attitude with a passion for helping others
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
