What are the responsibilities and job description for the Night Audit position at Hotel Royer Tapestry Collection by Hilton?
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing all guest requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist guests with checking in, checking out, and other hotel-related needs.
- Handle financial transactions, including balancing hotel transactions and processing credit card and cash payments.
- Consistently follow all cash handling and accounting procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Respond to emergency situations with calmness and efficiency, ensuring the safety and well-being of guests.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
Qualifications:
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding guest experiences and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating reliability and responsibility.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred, with a focus on guest service.
- Night audit experience is highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 10 lbs and stand for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- A flexible schedule and willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
