Job Summary:
Hotel Royer is seeking a detail-oriented, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Sales and Catering team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences. This position is ideal for a professional with previous hotel guest services experience, a strong knowledge of PEP PMS, and proficiency with the Delphi sales and catering system.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the DOS, S&C & FBM, including preparing contracts, proposals, and event orders.
- Assist in managing group room blocks, banquet event orders (BEOs), and catering details.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, phone, and in-person.
- Ensure accurate data entry and organization within PEP PMS and Delphi systems.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the seamless execution of events and guest stays.
- Maintain communication with clients to confirm details, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for sales activities and performance metrics.
- Assist in site tours and sales presentations as needed.
- Handle additional administrative tasks as assigned by the Director of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Required Experience: Minimum 3 year of experience in hotel guest services or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency with ONQ/PEP PMS and Delphi Sales and Catering systems.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented, and committed to providing outstanding guest service.
- Must be able to work on-site at Hotel Royer.
- Must have a reliable transportation.
- Weekends and Holidays required (Schedule will reflect business needs)
Reporting:
The Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
