Server

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Monitor and attend to guests’ needs throughout their dining experience.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and floors.
• Process payments and handle cash, credit card transactions, and receipts.
• Collaborate with team members, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu changes, specials, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a server or customer service role is a plus, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service is a plus.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable).
