Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all front desk operations, ensuring the delivery of outstanding guest service and satisfaction.- Oversee the processes of check-in and check-out, as well as the allocation of room assignments, in order to optimize occupancy rates and enhance operational efficiency.
- Train, schedule, and oversee the front desk personnel, fostering collaboration and an encouraging work atmosphere.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests by resolving issues with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- It is essential to ensure the appropriate management of payments, billing processes, and guest accounts.
- Engage in collaboration with the housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments to ensure the continuity of efficient operations.
- Oversee the management of front office inventory, encompassing office supplies and equipment.
- Analyze room rates, occupancy levels, and revenue reports to support the implementation of revenue management strategies.
- Ensure adherence to Marriott brand standards and maintain compliance with established company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in hotel front office management or supervisory positions is highly desirable.- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and exceptional organizational skills, complemented by the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated proficiency in communication and interpersonal skills.
- Expertise in hotel management software, including but not limited to Lightspeed, GXP, GSS, and Marriott systems.
- Possessing the capability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A commitment to providing exceptional guest service and cultivating an inviting atmosphere.
