Pool Server

Pool Server- Pool server is responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a pleasant dining experience for customers at pool & restaurant. Key duties and responsibilities:

· Prepare infused water for pool guests

· Staging and cleaning pool area

· Welcome patrons: Greeting guests, helping them find comfortable seating, and providing menus.

· Taking orders: writing down food and drink orders accurately

· Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff: Ensuring prompt and correct delivery of orders

· Menu knowledge- Memorizing the menu andrecommending appetizers, meals, anddrinks

· Customer satisfaction- resolving any customer issues promptly

· Towel service: ensure fresh towels and water are always available for guests, remove used towels and bring to laundry facility.

· Table maintenance- dining room staging and table detailing, clearing tables, tidying up, and rearranging for larger groups or special events

· Hygiene compliance: ensuring cooking utensils and dining area are clean after closing

Pool server is a team player who communicates effectively and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Server works closely with bartender, food runner and, kitchen to create a memorable dining experience pool side.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Pos proficiency and cash handling

Food Handlers Certification & Alcohol Servers License Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
