Responsibilities
- Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers.
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors, tables, and service stations.
- Help set up and break down dining areas for special events or busy service periods.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Support the overall team by assisting with various tasks as required in a busy restaurant environment.
- Adhere to food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A willingness to learn about restaurant operations, including bussing techniques and food handling practices.
