Position Details:
As a Houseman at Hotel Saranac, you’ll be a vital part of keeping the hotel clean, organized, and in top shape for our guests. While you'll assist the housekeeping team with tasks like preparing rooms, cleaning public spaces, and restocking supplies, you'll also be responsible for basic maintenance tasks around the hotel. This could include things like fixing small issues in guest rooms, checking equipment, and helping with repairs. If you enjoy working behind the scenes, solving problems, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, this position offers a great opportunity to contribute to a well-maintained, welcoming environment for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Experience Support: Assist in preparing guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring cleanliness and order for positive guest experience.
- Facility Maintenance: Help maintain hotel facilities, including hallways, restrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assistance to Housekeeping & Front Desk: Support housekeeping teams with linen and supplies, as well as assist with guest requests as directed by the front desk or management.
- General Maintenance: Help with basic maintenance tasks and room setups as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel.
- Guest Services: Assist with luggage, amenities, and other special requests to enhance the guest stay.
