Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. Working 4-Midnight. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting with guest inquiries, and facilitating a smooth check-in and check-out process. A strong background in guest services and hotel management is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurate.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
- Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests with reservations or questions.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability, reservations, and billing information.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed correctly.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in front desk operations or guest services within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus; proficiency in phone systems is essential.
