Duties
- Oversee store operations and maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring all staff deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, labeling and stocking merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in developing and executing business plans, focusing on sales goals and fiscal responsibility.
- Create employee schedules and manage payroll accuracy to maintain labor costs.
- Conduct regular staff training, coaching and mentoring to enhance performance and customer service.
- Provide financial reports to senior management, tracking store performance, trend and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Director of Retail Operations to evaluate product performance and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays according to company standards.
- Ensure compliance with all operational standards, policies and local laws.
- Maintain a professional appearance and a clean, organized store environment.
Responsibilities
