The Job
As a Reservations Manager, you must provide prompt, courteous, and efficient handling of all guest requests.
You must ensure the Reservations team maximizes the guest experience by achieving all service standards, maintaining consistent quality of service, exceeding expectations, and efficiently completing daily departmental objectives.
You must manage internal and external programs, process, systems, and information for the Reservations and Sales department including inventory management in all internal and online channels including website and other distribution partners.
This position will require utilization of Revinate Sales System to monitor productivity and compliance of the agents.
You must maximize conversion of reservation calls.
You must also engage with our guests by possessing a fluid knowledge and understanding of the hotels, local area, community events, and activities available.
This is a fully remote position but the successful candidate must live in Wyoming, Idaho, Colorado, Montana, or Nevada.

Requirements
To be successful as our new Reservations Manager you:
- Have sales experience, preferable in a front desk or reservations position
- Are eager to learn and take pride in your work.
- Are reliable, have a flexible mind-set and like to smile.
- Ability to provide strong leadership, guidance, coaching and counseling.
- Experience with hotel resort PMS systems.
- Computer experience including Microsoft Office products Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; and experience with a CRS system/Synxis
- Ability to learn, work and train others remotely in both self-guided and facilitated scenarios.
