The Job
- As the Catering & Conferences Services Manager you responsible for soliciting, booking, and detailing all catering events.
- You must respond to all catering sales inquires timely, qualify the leads for current or future potential, and submit compelling proposals.
- You must plan creative menus and upsell whenever possible.
