Role Description
The Busser/Food Runner plays a vital role in our restaurant's success by maintaining a clean and organized dining area, efficiently clearing tables, and providing exceptional customer service. Main Responsibilities:
- Set tables with clean linens, condiments, and supplies
- Clean and polish tabletops, chairs, and floors between guests
- Remove used tableware and provide new items for the next course
- Scrape and stack dirty dishes, carrying them to the kitchen for cleaning
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in the food service industry (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
