Requirements

Education and Experience:

· Hospitality education and/or appropriate level of on-the-job training and hotel culinary experience.

· At least 2 years Beverage experience, including fine dining, banquets and purchasing. 

· Sommelier certification

· In-depth skills and knowledge of all beverage operations.
