What are the responsibilities and job description for the MINI BAR ATTENDANT| FT position at Hotel ZaZa | Museum District?
Summary: Services the in room mini bar by stocking, inventorying, and maintaining presentation of food, beverage, and liquor items. Accurately completes consumption items list and charges these items to the correct hotel guests bill. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Essential Functions:
- Prepare daily work assignments.
- Check and set-up mini bar cart with replenishment items for the mini bar.
- Service in room mini-bars by stocking, inventorying, and replenishing.
- Complete consumption report.
- Post consumption report information as in room charges to appropriate guests hotel bill.
- Follow all proper Hotel safety policies and procedures and use safety equipment as needed.
Tools and Equipment:
- Mini bar cart;
- Food, beverage, and liquor items.
Working Environment:
- Interior of hotel, kitchen, and guestroom.
- Exposure to hazardous cleaning chemicals, extreme temperatures, and various food and beverage items that may cause allergens.
- Potential exposure to HAZCOM materials /OSHA training
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to:
- Stand;
- Sit;
- Walk;
- Use hands to handle, or feel;
- Reach with hands and arms;
- Balance; stoop, kneel, crouch;
- Talk or hear and taste or smell;
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds; ability to oush and pull objects

- Must be able to communicate with guests in English.
