We are looking for a highly skilled Client Experience Specialist to join our team at HotelKey. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed quickly and effectively.
As a Client Experience Specialist, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with each client
- Communicate progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements for this role include:
- 8-10 years of experience working in similar roles within the technology industry, preferably with cloud-based environments
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Solid experience with project management tools and product management tools
