Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Assistant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the accounting department by performing various tasks related to financial record keeping and reporting. Duties
- Daily report posting from front office to Accounting
- Perform general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of accounts.
- Entering invoice
- Utilize 10 key typing skills for efficient data entry and processing of financial information.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in an accounting or finance role is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software and tools, particularly M3, is a plus.
- Strong understanding of general ledger functions and account reconciliation processes.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data effectively and communicate findings clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet applications is essential.
