We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our dynamic direct-to-consumer (DTC) team in Doral, Florida. This pivotal role will focus on developing and executing strategies for product launches, optimizing product pages, inventory management and create overall operational efficiencies in the business.
General Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy for product launches and pages, ensuring alignment with brand goals and user needs.
- Conduct user research and analyze customer behavior to drive informed decisions.
- Develop and implement A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of design changes, using insights to refine and enhance the user experience.
- Monitor key performance metrics related to conversion rates, user engagement, and overall site performance.
- Present design concepts to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate based on input.
- Identify and implement Shopify apps to automate workflow processes, reducing manual tasks and improving operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory automation tools to track stock levels, set restocking alerts, and sync with suppliers.
- Oversee order fulfillment and shipping integrations, streamlining processing, label printing, and carrier coordination.
- Leverage analytics and reporting tools to provide insights on sales trends, customer behavior, and store performance.
- Set up international marketplaces on Shopify and localize websites to optimize user experience for global customers.
- Stay up to date with industry trends in e-commerce and design, incorporating best practices into strategies.
- Own Shopify and omni-channel platforms, including Amazon and TikTok, ensuring seamless integration and optimization.
Inventory Management and Reorders:
- Monitor and manage inventory levels for all products
- Track stock levels and initiate reorders as needed
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Optimize inventory levels to minimize stockouts and overstocking
Photoshoot Management:
- Plan and coordinate photoshoots for new products
- Collaborate with photographers and stylists to ensure successful shoots
- Manage photoshoot budgets and timelines
- Ensure all photos meet brand standards
Product Launch and Go-Live Management:
- Ensure complete and accurate product information, including descriptions and pricing
- Verify high-quality product photos are uploaded and displayed correctly
- Ensure product pages are complete, including tags and optimization
- Merchandise the website to promote new products and drive sales
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in Ecommerce, Inventory Management, Buying
- Strong knowledge of Shopify; understanding platform functionalities, including theme customization and app integrations
- Strong analytical skills and with experience using data to drive design decisions and improve conversion rates
- Experience with project management tools to manage workflows and timelines effectively
- Familiar with Tikok shops
