Responsibilities

• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for domestic and international operations.
• Oversee international accounting functions, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate financial operations between the U.S. office and headquarters in Singapore.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure accurate financial records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities, ensuring timely reporting.
• Support audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Manage cash flow, cost controls, and risk assessment.
