HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a global construction company to hire multiple General Laborers. This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse experience, STANDUP forklift operation skills, and a strong work ethic. The General Laborers will be responsible for handling warehouse operations, including receiving, loading / unloading, picking, and operating material handling equipment.
Title : General Labor
Location : North Phoenix
Schedule : Mon-Fri 5A-4P (Sat OT sometime)
Must have a vehicle and willing to travel between warehouse and construction site (10 mins drive).
Type : Long-Term Contract (renew every 6 months)
Pay Rate : $25 / hr.
Responsibilities
- Operate standup forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of materials.
- Collaborate with warehouse team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual material movement.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse workspace.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
