HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a leading manufacturing company to hire an Instrument & Electrical Engineer. This role is responsible for all aspects of instrumentation, electrical equipment, automation systems, and process control infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have expertise in DCS, PLCs, Medium Voltage Switchboards, Transformers, MCCs, and process transmitters, with experience in project coordination, system integration, and troubleshooting.

Title : Instrument & Electrical Engineer

Location : Casa Grande, Arizona

Schedule : Full-Time; Monday – Friday 8A-5P

Type : Direct Hire

Pay Rate :  $80K - $95K DOE

Responsibilities

  • Perform Technical Bid Evaluations and procurement approvals for electrical / instrumentation components.
  • Manage instrumentation and electrical systems throughout the construction and operational phases.
  • Lead the design, procurement, and installation of electrical and instrumentation systems.
  • Provide technical leadership to electrical technicians and cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of automation systems.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO, OSHA, and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in electrical engineering within heavy manufacturing or chemical processing.
  • Strong understanding of process instrumentation, automation (DCS, PLCs), and electrical safety.
  • Exposure to manufacturing environments, extreme weather conditions, and hazardous materials.
  • May require working at heights and wearing protective equipment (respirators, safety gear)
  • Experience with technical bid evaluations and vendor management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

    • Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
