What are the responsibilities and job description for the Material Handler position at HotFoot Recruiters?
HotFoot Recruiters has partnered with a well-established Logistics and Engineering company in the greater Phoenix area in need of Material Handlers . This is a direct hire opportunity. As a Material Handler you will ensure timely delivery of material. It requires onsite presence to attend in-person trainings, meetings to further ensure teamwork, and physical movement of all incoming manufactured inventory and non-inventory items.
Position : Material Handler
Location : Chandler
Schedule : 7A-7P (343 rotation schedule)
Pay : 22 / hr. DOE
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Generate daily parts and tools list from SAP.
- Locating parts and tools in cleanroom / subfab before returning to warehouse.
- Liaise with customer to raise gate pass for the parts and tools
- Maintain storage area in cleanroom and vendor room.
- Operates material handling equipment, i.e., forklift, pallet jack.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Occasionally lift and / or move up to 35 pounds.
