Qualifications :
- Proven skills in designing mechanical / plumbing systems, including :
- Trane Trace load calculations, HVAC system equipment layouts, and understanding of HVAC controls.
- Understanding of plumbing system equipment, piping layout, and fixtures.
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, along with other software tools such as COMcheck, Excel, OneNote, and Word.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry.
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Demonstrated ability to learn, grow professionally, and apply logic and reasoning to deliverables.
- Excellent work ethic and leadership qualities.
- 10 years minimum experience Responsibilities :
Perform as a critical design team member, managing mechanical / plumbing system development and coordination for construction projects.
