Qualifications :
- Registered Professional Engineer (PE) in the State of Arizona.
- Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program (Architectural Engineering preferred).
- Minimum of 15 years’ experience in consulting engineering.
- Expertise in designing mechanical / plumbing systems, including :
- Trane Trace load calculations, basic HVAC system equipment layouts, HVAC controls, and plumbing systems (equipment and fixtures).
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD, along with tools like COMcheck, Excel, OneNote, and Word.
- Strong organizational, logic, and reasoning skills to translate concepts into deliverables.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
