Our Cooks and Kitchen Hands support the day-to-day operation of the kitchen through food preparation and cleaning duties.

In a Typical Day In This Role, You Might

• Ensure all food preparation areas and equipment/appliances are clean.
• Assist with unloading and storage of freight.
• Prepare food and goods for days trading and organise transportation to various outlets if necessary.
• Assist in the final cleaning duties.
  
  

To Be Considered For This Role, You Should Have

• The ability to multi-task and work under pressure at times.
• The ability to communicate well with others.
• Previous experience in a commercial kitchen is highly desirable.

Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
