Recruiter

The Recruiter is directly responsible for recruiting and hiring for assigned locations, including newly opened locations, current existing locations. Positions would include office staff, warehouse staff and driving positions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Create and post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms- Maintain and update job postings on hiring website, constantly staying active to eliminate job postings going stale.
- Conduct cold calling and networking to build a pipeline of potential candidates
- Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations

- Ability to travel to other locations including Austin, Houston and Northlake. Outside the DFW area will require an overnight stay.

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews via Teams or Zoom. Coordinate with department managers to ensure quality candidates are being presented.
