Key Responsibilities :
As a Delivery Field Supervisor, your primary role will be to oversee the delivery of our premium hot tubs and pool tables to customers in the West Fargo area. You will be responsible for ensuring work is completed on time and to the satisfaction of our customers. Your duties will include :
- Leading a team of delivery personnel to ensure work is completed efficiently and effectively
- Coordinating delivery schedules and routes to maximize productivity
- Inspecting products before delivery to ensure quality control
- Resolving any delivery issues or customer concerns in a timely and professional manner
