We seek a dynamic and motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team and help drive our mission forward.
Job Description: As a Sales Representative at Hotsy Equipment Company, you will:
· Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
· Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
· Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients
· Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
· Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies
· Provide exceptional customer service and support
Qualifications:
· Proven experience in sales or a similar role
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong negotiation and closing skills
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Results-driven with a strong business acumen
· Proficiency in CRM software
· Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience preferred
· Experience selling into the Agricultural or Construction sectors a plus
· Valid driver’s license required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
