Program Manager - Network Feasibility

The Program Manager - Network Feasibility will lead and coordinate network feasibility initiatives, ensuring seamless execution from inception to delivery. The Program Manager will oversee vendor and service carrier relationships, manage cross functional teams, track critical milestones, and communicate status and risks to leadership. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of network infrastructure and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with vendors and service carriers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
• Request, review, and track quotes to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints.
• Develop comprehensive project plans from the initial feasibility analysis through to execution and completion.
• Create and track change requests for node insertions, ensuring proper approvals and timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and procurement, to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates, address concerns, and drive project momentum.
• Report project status, risks, and issues to leadership through detailed risk logs and status updates.
• Analyze critical dates and project dependencies to mitigate risks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and timelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
  requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in program or project management, preferably within network feasibility
  or telecommunications.
• PMP or other relevant project management certification.
• Strong project planning skills with experience in creating and managing complex project plans.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet, site tracker
  and Salesforce ).
• Strong working knowledge of network infrastructure and feasibility processes is a plus.
