Job Summary
At HOTWORX, we believe in the power of fitness to transform lives, and we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Fitness Membership Consultant who shares that vision. This role is about more than just selling memberships—it’s about building meaningful relationships, creating a supportive community, and guiding people toward achieving their wellness goals through our innovative infrared workouts.

As a Fitness Membership Consultant, you will be the face of our studio, welcoming potential members with enthusiasm and helping them discover how HOTWORX’s 24/7 access, 12 unique workouts, and 3D Training approach can fit their busy lives. You will take the time to understand each individual’s goals, motivations, and potential challenges, offering tailored solutions to support their fitness journey.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, determined, and willing to go the extra mile to create a positive and lasting impact. You don’t need a strong sales background—what truly matters is your willingness to work hard, show up on time, and consistently put forth your best effort. Whether you're helping a first-time visitor feel at ease or encouraging a long-time member to stay committed, your goal is to foster an uplifting environment that inspires people to take control of their health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage and Inspire: Connect with potential members, understand their fitness goals, and showcase how HOTWORX can help them succeed.
  • Educate and Empower: Guide prospects through our membership options, emphasizing the simplicity, flexibility, and value of our Sweat Basic and Sweat Elite plans.
  • Build Community: Actively participate in local events, outreach programs, and referral initiatives to foster relationships and increase studio awareness.
  • Follow-Up and Support: Maintain consistent communication with leads, providing motivation and encouragement to drive membership commitment.
  • Consultative Selling: Personalize consultations to address goals, overcome roadblocks, and ensure the best membership fit.
  • Studio Representation: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment that reflects HOTWORX’s high standards.
  • Member Engagement: Help new members integrate by offering workout suggestions, teaching app features, and promoting referral programs.
  • Achieve Goals: Take initiative to meet and exceed membership and revenue targets through proactive outreach and community involvement.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurately document member details, contracts, and payment information to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up with HOTWORX products, promotions, and workouts to provide the best recommendations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week

  • Gym & fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
