Assistant Sales Manager - HOTWORX Avon

You do not need to have previous sales experience but you should like building relationships with people and the community. Be excited about promoting the studio and be proactive with setting goals and planning out how to achieve those goals.

• Lead & Inspire: Drive a positive, energetic environment that motivates our team and members.
• Sales Dynamo: Implement creative strategies to boost membership sales and train our Sales Associates to achieve their best.
• Studio Guru: Oversee all studio operations, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and smoothly running environment.
• B2B Champion: Build strong local business relationships to expand our community reach.

Compensation:

• We provide training, certifications, and support to ensure your success
