Sales Associate (Fitness Studio)

HOTWORX - 24-Hour Infrared Fitness Studio is the first ever fusion of infrared heat with isometric and HIIT training! This yields a 3-dimensional training experience for the user. We combine Heat (dimension 1), Infrared Energy (dimension 2) & Exercise (dimension 3) to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited sessions ranging from HOT Yoga, to HOT Cycle and Row, plus FX Zone area for functional training outside the sauna. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi private environment small group setting suitable for all fitness levels. All HOTWORX workouts are 15-30 minutes and give members MORE WORKOUT, MORE RESULTS, IN LESS TIME AND ON THEIR SCHEDULE!

HOTWORX Infrared Fitness Studio in Rocky River, OH is looking for a fun, outgoing and motivated Sales Associate. Our ideal candidate would have previous sales experience and an interest in helping others feel and look their very best. High achievers can benefit from our rewarding performance-based commission and bonus structure, in addition to base pay.

• Meeting and exceeding membership sales goals
• Working as a team player to help grow the membership base of the studio through marketing promotions, lead generation/prospecting tasks, sales, on-boarding of new members and superior customer service for member retention
• Performing various tasks to promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing outreach to prospective members by phone, text, email and talking with prospects at local events
• Building product knowledge for self and clients to increase product sales and brand loyalty
• Assuring consistent and exceptional studio appearance and customer experience
• Exuding an outgoing, warm and approachable yet professional demeanor at all times

Our ideal candidates will hold the following qualifications:

• Availability to work at least 12 hours a week (including nights and Saturdays)
• Previous sales/customer service experience
• Strong interest in helping others feel and look their very best

We provide substantial paid training, certifications and support to ensure your success. Compensation includes base pay, commissions, bonuses, a free studio membership and product discounts.

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
