Responsibilities :

Assistant General Managers, working with the Manager, are responsible for meeting / exceeding studio membership sales goals, membership retention and other service goals with strategic outreaches and partnerships.

Duties include :

• Drive member growth through sales, onboarding, and exceptional customer service.
• Promote the HOTWORX brand via social media, outreach, and local events.
• Create a positive, motivating studio culture focused on member success.
• Ensure a spotless, well-operated facility with a focus on cleanliness and operational excellence.
• Foster personal and team growth within the organization.
• Build B2B partnerships
• Schedule and participate in networking / community events and studio promotions
• Drive organic social media campaign with creating dynamic, fresh, and compelling social media content
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio
• Any other duties as assigned for the success of the studio

Compensation :

Base commission bonuses, depending on the experience and bonus, so you control what you earn.
