Associate Sales Manager Opportunity
Compensation: $17.00 - $25.00/hour (includes commission).
We are seeking an experienced Associate Sales Manager to oversee daily operations at our innovative fitness studio. You will lead a small team, manage staffing and scheduling, and drive our sales and marketing efforts. Your role will focus on retaining and growing our membership base through effective lead generation, community outreach, and exceptional customer service.
Key Qualifications:
- Management and leadership experience.

- Experience in B2B marketing and partnerships.
- Proficient in social media marketing.
- Customer service experience (3 years preferred).
- Passion for health and fitness.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations as directed by owners.

- Engage in networking and community events to attract new members.
- Manage social media and create organic marketing content.
- Conduct follow-ups with guests and members, responding promptly to inquiries.
