What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fitness Sales Associate position at HOTWORX?
HOTWORX is at 24/7 Infrared Fitness Studio that is the first-ever implementation of 3-domensional training. We combine HEAT, Infrared Energy, and Exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24/7 unlimited access with unlimited 12 different workout session ranging from Hot Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Cycle. Our exclusive workouts are led by a virtual instructor in a semi-private environment.
Our ideal candidate will have previous commission-based sales experience and thrive in a customer service environment. They will be motivates to inspire others to live a healthier lifestyle. As a HOTWORX Fitness Sales Associate you will be responsible for membership sales, retaining and growing membership base buy generating and contacting leads, community outreaches, retail sales, and ongoing customer service. We provide substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Commission sales- focused and have the ability to close sales
- Health and Fitness oriented mindset
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with social media
- Comfortable making daily high-volume sales phone calls and texts
- High energy, positive, self-motivated individuals
- Ability to achieves daily, weekly, and monthly quotas and goals
- Must be outgoing, quick learner, and confident
- Willingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working as a team player to help grow membership base of the studio through sales, onboarding members, and having superior customer services to keep long-term members.
- Marketing outreach- promote the HOTWORX brand and services in the community including doing research, outreach to prospective members by phone, text, social media.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales
- Product knowledge- demonstrate knowledge in all areas of the fitness studio, pricing structure, memberships, sauna operations, merchandise.
- Facility Excellence- Strives on keeping the studio refreshed and clean by ensuring equipment is clean and tidy to meet standards. This includes: cleaning saunas, floors, restrooms, ect.
