The Fitness Studio General Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fitness studio. They will work closely with the owners and other staff members to ensure the studio is running efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and achieving financial targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for health and fitness, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and motivating the membership sales team by achieving personal sales goals and providing coaching to the sales staff to exceed weekly and monthly KPIs.
• Oversee the daily operations of the fitness studio including managing the CRM to create daily appointments to grow the studio membership base, managing staff, scheduling classes, and ensuring the studio is clean and well-maintained.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the studio, attract new clients, and retain existing ones.
• Manage and motivate the staff to ensure they are providing excellent customer service, meeting performance targets, and upholding the studio's values and standards.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the studio is operating efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff, ensuring all equipment is in good working order and adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and community organizations.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the studio is offering the latest fitness products and services.

Qualifications:

Basic Requirements:

High school Diploma or equivalent

Supervising Experience: 1-2 years (Preferred)

Sales Experience: 2 years (Preferred)

Candidates should personally lead a healthy lifestyle and have a personal passion for fitness.
